What the Work Actually Looks Like

This is not a role at a bank that already has fifteen years of process built up around it. Early hires at Winslow are writing the onboarding playbook, deciding what documentation actually gets requested for a crypto derived source of funds, and building the reconciliation logic that connects a broker withdrawal to a client's Trading Profits Account. If you want a well worn process to execute, this probably is not the right fit. If you want to be the person who designed that process, it might be exactly right.
