Frequently Asked Questions

Offshore banking, broker withdrawals, and crypto proceeds

Straight answers to the questions we hear most from traders, businesses, and private clients.

Getting Started

What documents do I need to open an account?

A valid passport, proof of address, and source of funds documentation relevant to how you earn.

How long does onboarding take?

Most individual accounts are reviewed within 5 to 10 business days once we have your full documentation.

Trading & Broker Withdrawals

Can I receive withdrawals directly from my broker?

Yes, once you have registered that broker relationship through the Broker Integration Hub and it has been verified.

Which brokers and exchanges can pay into my account?

Regulated brokers and exchanges with established compliance programs. Ask your relationship manager if yours is supported.

Why was my first broker withdrawal held for review?

First time withdrawals from a newly linked platform are routinely reviewed before release. Once a platform is established on your file, subsequent payouts typically clear faster.

Crypto Proceeds

Will Winslow accept crypto derived income?

Yes, subject to our usual source of funds review and documentation from a compliant exchange.

What if my exchange does not provide detailed statements?

Talk to our compliance team. We will look at alternative documentation case by case.

Lombard Lending & Precious Metals

How much can I borrow against my portfolio?

It depends on your collateral mix; your relationship manager can quote a precise loan-to-value once your holdings are on file.

What is the difference between allocated and pooled precious metals?

Allocated means specific, identified bars held solely for you; pooled means a claim on a shared quantity of metal, typically at lower cost.

Still have a question?

Our team is glad to walk through anything specific to your situation.
